1. Who we are
The Zaye Capital Markets website and services are operated by ZAYE CAPITAL LIMITED (company number 12421842), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 138 Belgravia House, Longfield Avenue, Dickens Yard, London, England, W5 2BF.
In this policy, “Zaye,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to ZAYE CAPITAL LIMITED. For personal information we decide to collect and use through our website and services, we act as a data controller under applicable UK data protection law.
Contact us about privacy at info@zayecapitalmarkets.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with our services, information may include:
- Account details: your name, email address, password credentials or password hashes, account settings and sign-in information.
- Orders and billing: purchased products, transaction references, amounts, subscription status, billing contact and address information. Payment card details are submitted to the payment provider rather than displayed in your Zaye account.
- Consultations: booking requests, preferred dates, booked meeting times, customer contact details, Google Meet links, rescheduling and cancellation correspondence and outcomes.
- Communications: messages and other information you choose to provide when contacting customer support.
- Technical and usage information: necessary session cookies, shopping-basket identifiers, browser and device information, IP address and technical records needed for security and service delivery.
- Meeting content, where enabled: Google Meet transcript entries and notes derived from the meeting, which may include information provided by participants during the consultation.
Please avoid including bank passwords, identity documents, health information or other sensitive material in consultations or support requests unless it is genuinely necessary and we have agreed an appropriate way to handle it.
3. How and why we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes and legal bases, as applicable:
- Performing a contract: creating and securing accounts, processing orders, delivering research and digital courses, managing paid subscriptions and arranging booked consultations.
- Legal obligations: maintaining records required for accounting, taxation, compliance and responding to lawful requests.
- Legitimate interests: protecting our website against misuse, preventing fraudulent orders, maintaining business operations, resolving disputes and improving service reliability, balanced against individuals’ rights.
- Consent where required: optional marketing communications, non-essential tracking technologies and meeting transcription or AI processing where consent is the appropriate lawful basis.
We do not use a decision made solely by an automated system to make decisions about your legal rights or access to regulated financial products. Our consultation AI summaries are supporting notes, not an automatic trading decision.
4. Google Calendar and Google Meet information
Zaye uses an authorised Google Calendar account belonging to our calendar administrator to offer consultation availability and organise appointments. Customers are not required to connect their own Google account to choose a Zaye consultation time.
When our authorised calendar administrator connects Google to Zaye, we request the Google permissions needed to:
- Read busy/free time from the connected calendar and any additional calendars expressly configured as scheduling blockers, to avoid double bookings.
- Create, inspect, reschedule and cancel consultation events, and provide Google Meet joining information.
- Identify the calendar owner’s Google email address for calendar administration and authorised consultation notifications.
- Read Google Meet meeting-space information and available transcripts, and manage meeting transcription settings where the optional notes feature is enabled.
Google authorisation credentials are maintained on the server, with refresh tokens stored in encrypted form. Only authorised Zaye personnel and the application services responsible for these functions should access this information. Zaye does not sell Google-derived information or use it for advertising or general-purpose AI model training.
The calendar owner can revoke Zaye’s authorisation in their Google Account connections. Revoking access may prevent new bookings or updates until the calendar is reconnected. Any independently stored event or transcript data must still be addressed through Zaye’s data request process.
5. Consultation transcription and AI-generated notes
Some consultations may support Google Meet transcription and AI-generated meeting notes. This feature is optional and depends on the meeting organiser’s permissions, product configuration and appropriate participant notice and consent or other valid lawful basis. We should not enable transcription for a meeting without meeting those requirements.
Where enabled, Zaye may retrieve transcript text from the connected Google Meet meeting, save a copy in private Google Cloud Storage, and send transcript text to DeepSeek, an external AI service, to generate a summary, key points, decisions, action items and next steps. The resulting notes may be accessible to the booking customer and authorised Zaye administrators. Transcripts can contain participants’ spoken statements and may contain personal information.
The Google Calendar and Meet permissions are used to deliver the visible appointment and notes functions. We do not use Google information for unrelated advertising. AI notes can contain inaccuracies: customers should check significant statements against the original discussion before acting on them.
If transcription is not enabled, a recording or transcript is not automatically created by this feature. For privacy concerns, withdrawal of consent or a request about a transcript, email info@zayecapitalmarkets.com.
7. International data processing
Some technology and support providers may process or access data outside the United Kingdom. This may include Google services, payment providers and AI processing providers. Where UK data protection law requires an appropriate safeguard for an international transfer, we will assess and implement the applicable safeguard before transferring the information.
Contact us if you wish to learn more about the transfer arrangements relevant to a particular service or consultation.
8. How we protect information
We use access controls, authenticated account areas, private storage, transport security and encrypted Google authorisation tokens where applicable. Payment processing is handled through Stripe-hosted payment services. No website or data-transfer system can guarantee absolute security.
Keep your account credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or consultation information.
9. Retention and deletion
We retain account and order information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, handle questions or disputes, and comply with applicable accounting and legal obligations. Retention is reviewed according to the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.
Consultation booking records are kept while needed to administer appointments and relevant follow-up. Raw consultation transcripts do not currently have an automatic deletion timer. Where transcripts are processed, their retention and any deletion request must be handled through our controlled data-management process. A formal transcript retention and deletion schedule should be approved before enabling automated transcription at production scale.
You may request deletion or restriction of your personal information. We will assess your request under applicable law and may need to preserve some transaction or dispute records where required.
11. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive portable data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
To make a request, email info@zayecapitalmarkets.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before providing protected account or meeting information.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
12. Updates and contact details
We may revise this policy when our practices or legal duties change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the version shown here. Where a change materially affects a use of personal information that requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
