Terms of Service

These terms explain how purchases, research subscriptions, digital content and online consultations work through Zaye Capital Markets. Please read them before placing an order.

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to our website at zayecapitalmarkets.com and the related Zaye Capital Markets services, including educational content, research products, digital downloads and paid consultations.

The website is operated by ZAYE CAPITAL LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 12421842, trading as Zaye Capital Markets. Our registered office is 138 Belgravia House, Longfield Avenue, Dickens Yard, London, England, W5 2BF.

References to “Zaye,” “we” or “us”refer to that company. “You” refers to anyone using the website or purchasing a service. If you buy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

Your mandatory legal rights as a consumer are not excluded or reduced by these terms. Where a product page or checkout specifies additional material information about a particular product, that information forms part of the relevant purchase.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some products require an account. Please provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure and update your details when they change. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity results from our failure to meet a legal duty.

You must not impersonate someone else, interfere with the site, attempt to access another person’s materials, or use the services unlawfully. We may take proportionate action to prevent misuse and protect other users, subject to your legal rights.

3. Orders, prices and payments

The current price, currency, quantity, applicable taxes and billing information will be presented at or before checkout. Prices may vary by product or change for future orders. Any applicable recurring charge is identified before you subscribe.

We use Stripe to process supported payments and subscriptions. A payment or return to our website is not by itself evidence that an order was successfully paid; we verify the payment with our payment provider before granting access or arranging a paid consultation. If a charge appears on your statement but your order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference rather than submitting duplicate payments.

We will provide applicable order confirmations and receipts using the contact details supplied for your purchase. Where a product cannot be supplied, we will explain the available options and any refund rights that apply.

4. Research, courses and digital content

A one-time purchase may provide access to a research report, downloadable document, digital course, training materials or another product identified at checkout. Access normally appears in your Zaye account after the payment has been confirmed and the purchase is fulfilled.

Unless the product specifically says otherwise, access is for your personal, non-transferable use. We do not transfer intellectual property ownership through a purchase. Please keep copies of any permitted downloads and refer to the product listing for any stated access period or technical requirements.

Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. We may correct errors or update materials. We will not remove paid access arbitrarily or override any applicable statutory remedy if digital content is faulty or not as described.

5. Research subscriptions and recurring charges

Some research products are offered through automatically recurring subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval and relevant subscription terms appear at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to process the disclosed recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

You can view or manage a subscription through My Account → Billing and any supported Stripe billing portal. A cancellation generally prevents future renewal; access for an already paid period may continue until that period ends, subject to the plan terms and applicable law. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund an earlier completed charge.

If a payment fails, paid access may be interrupted or end when the prepaid period expires. Contact us if billing or cancellation status appears incorrect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access while a subscription is unpaid.

6. Paid consultation bookings

Consultation products must be purchased and payment confirmed before you can choose an appointment time. Available slots are checked against our authorised Google Calendar; showing a time in the interface does not guarantee it remains available until booking confirmation.

  • Booking: choose a displayed available slot in My Account → Consultations. A confirmed meeting normally includes a Google Meet joining link and email notification.
  • Rescheduling: a customer may request a different available slot at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, subject to availability and the platform’s booking rules.
  • Customer cancellation: use the cancellation-request feature or contact us. Submitting a request does not immediately remove the Google Calendar booking; the request is reviewed by our administrator.
  • Administrative decisions: where appropriate, Zaye may offer a rebooking credit or consider a refund. A “refund review” status is not an automatic payment refund.

Please join the meeting on time and ensure that your device, internet connection, microphone and meeting environment are suitable. If Zaye needs to change or cancel an appointment, we will communicate the available options in accordance with your rights.

7. Google Meet, transcripts and AI-generated notes

Meetings may take place using Google Meet. The organiser may enable transcription where the necessary Google Workspace capabilities, participant notices and lawful permissions are in place. Participants should not record, disclose or redistribute meeting content without the permissions required by law and the rights of other participants.

If our optional transcription and notes functionality is enabled, Zaye may retrieve and privately store a Google Meet transcript, submit transcript text to DeepSeek to prepare an AI-generated summary, and make the resulting notes available in the relevant customer and administrator account areas. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used and how to raise a data request.

AI-generated meeting notes are intended as a convenient record of discussion, not a verbatim or guaranteed accurate account. Important points should be checked with the meeting participants. AI notes are not a substitute for financial, legal or other professional advice.

8. Consumer cancellation rights and refunds

If you are a consumer, UK law may give you a right to cancel certain distance purchases within 14 days, depending on the type of product or service and when supply begins. Digital content, services and subscriptions can be subject to different rules. Nothing in these terms waives those rights automatically.

For digital content supplied immediately, a statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins only if the relevant legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence where required. If those requirements have not been met, your legal cancellation rights remain applicable.

For services, including consultations, cancellation within a statutory cooling-off period may have different consequences where you expressly requested that service begin during the period. Applicable statutory rules determine any amount that can lawfully be charged and any right to a refund.

To request cancellation, a refund or help with a faulty or misdescribed product, email info@zayecapitalmarkets.com with your order reference. We review requests according to the nature of the product, any service already provided and applicable consumer law. A declined discretionary cancellation request does not remove your statutory remedies.

9. Financial education and investment risk

Market commentary, research, strategies, courses, newsletters and consultation discussions are generally provided for education and information. Unless separately and expressly agreed as part of a service we are lawfully permitted to provide, they are not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Trading and investment activities can result in the loss of capital, including losses greater than an initial deposit in some products. Prices, market conditions and opinions can change quickly. Past performance, examples and hypothetical results do not guarantee future returns.

You are responsible for deciding whether a financial activity suits your circumstances and for seeking appropriately authorised independent professional advice where needed. We do not promise profits, specific trading outcomes or suitability of any investment mentioned on the website.

10. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, research, videos, training materials, branding and other original materials are owned by Zaye or used under licence. Buying access does not give you a right to reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or publicly display materials beyond the rights expressly granted.

You must not share paid account credentials, resell downloads, scrape restricted content or circumvent access controls. Fair dealing and other rights allowed by law are unaffected.

11. Site availability and third-party services

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but maintenance, infrastructure interruptions, payment processing, Google Calendar or Google Meet outages can delay access or scheduling. Third-party services also have their own terms and policies.

We may update features or correct errors as the service develops. Where a significant change affects a paid service, we will honour our legal and contractual obligations, including any applicable refund or other remedy.

12. Our responsibility and liability

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your own investment decisions, unauthorised use of an account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits remedies you are entitled to when we fail to provide a product or service with the care or quality required by law.

13. Changes, complaints and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the website. The date above identifies this version. Material changes affecting an existing paid agreement will be handled consistently with your contractual and statutory rights.

Please contact us first to raise a complaint or resolve a billing dispute. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise. Nothing prevents you from exercising rights in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
